Good Dog (LIVE)

Fresh off the press for this week's Sunday Afternoon Jazz Session:

Good Dog in their new incarnation are: Don Paterson (guitar, discreet electronics), Seth Bennett (double bass) and Calum McIntyre (drums). Come along and hear Kirriemuir finger-stylist Paterson joined by one of finest rhythm sections in Scotland today - Canvas lynchpin Bennett and the man The Scotsman called ‘one of the best and versatile skin-smackers in the country’. What will they play on their Canvas debut? They have no idea, but will almost certainly mix standards and original composition with tunes from Scotland, Brazil and the ECM catalogue - and will feature as much free improvisation as they can get away with, i.e. 3-4 minutes.

🗓️ WHEN: Sunday 18th October

⏰ TIME: 2pm Start

📌 WHERE: CANVAS, 16 Ure Street, Dundee

🎟️ TICKETS: Free Entry
